Privacy statement pursuant to Legislative Decree. 06/30/2003 n.196
Pursuant to article 10 of the ex law 31.12.1996 n. 675, in compliance with the art. 13 of the New Privacy Code (Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 No. 196) we provide the following information:
The processing of the collected data will be carried out through manual processing, IT and telematic tools and will have the following purposes:
- execute the sending of emails to the mailbox of the subscribed users;
- collect the essential demographic information that allow us to improve and promote the promotional and commercial services of the company network called Garda Green Club.
The data you provide will not be lent, sold or exchanged with other organizations, unless you expressly ask for your consent.
We inform you that the provision of data is not mandatory to send the e-mails themselves.
The holder of the data processing is: Business network called Garda Green Club.
You can contact the data controller to assert your rights as provided for in Article 13 of the former law n. 675/96 (access, rectification, integration, cancellation, opposition etc.), in compliance with art. 7 of the New Privacy Code (Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 No. 196).
