GardaGreen Points
1) TYPE OF INITIATIVE
The facilities adhering to the environmentally friendly protocol of the Garda Green Club business network, which can be identified by the Hospitality, Camping and Restaurant brands, have launched a customer loyalty campaign that entails a way of collecting points defined as the Garda Green Credit Points (forbrevity: GGCREDITP).
2) PARTICIPATION IN THE INITIATIVE
The Points Collection is completely free and is exclusively intended for the Holders (or owner) of the Loyalty Card called the Garda Green Card, hereinafter referred to as the "Carta", issued by the Garda Green Club business network based in via Passo Napoleone 1103 / b 37020 CF 93271700234".
2.1) THE APPOINTED DISTRIBUTOR
EffettoNIDO and the appointed Garda Green Card distributors.
3) TERRITORIAL EXTENT OF THE INITIATIVE
The Points Collection is valid in all the Garda Green facilities participating in the initiative and the updated list of members and accumulated points can be downloaded from the website www.gardagreen.org
4) MODALITIES OF THE INITIATIVE
4.1) WHAT IS THE POINTS COLLECTION INITIATIVE?
The Points Collection allows the Cardholder (or owner of the Card) to accumulate a certain number of points that will give him or her the right to receive a specified reward / benefit / discount, on the basis of the amount that has been spent on products or in the facilities at the Promoter.
4.2) POINTS COLLECTION
Points can only and exclusively be collected by purchasing products or amenities at the Promoter, where and when the Card owner presents the Card before paying.
The Card will be accredited with the number of points established in the regulations, on the basis of each amount that the Cardholder has spent. The points will be added to the Card for each payment that has been made.
Failure to present the Card before paying for the products and amenities that have just been purchased, will mean that the points cannot be accredited or accumulated at a later date.
The Promoter may decide to provide additional points during the initiative,even after specific items have been purchased and indicated, or coupons have been collected and presented, according to a procedure that the Promoter will stipulate and communicate to the Cardholders from time to time.
4.3) HOW THE POINTS CAN BE USED
Once a certain number of points have been accumulated, in compliance with the methods indicated above,
the Cardholder will be entitled to receive the rewards / benefits / discounts from the Promoter, free of charge
or with a modest additional amount, in accordance with the procedures described in point 4.4.
If a certain number of points are used to obtain a corresponding reward / benefit / discount, those points
will be deducted from the total number of points that have been accumulated on the Card.

The total value of the prizes to choose from amount to 40.000 Garda Green Points.
5) DURATION OF THE INITIATIVE
Distribution of points: from 1st April 2023 to 31st October 2027.
Points validitydeadline: 31.12.2027
6) CLAMING OF THE PRIZES, HOW TO USE THE BENEFITS AND THE DISCOUNTS
The rewards / benefits / discounts indicated in point 4.4) may be collected or used directly at the Promoter by and no later than the expiry date of the validity period. After that date the points will be reset and will no longer have any validity nor will they give the Cardholder the right to any refund.
7) ADEMPIMENTI EX Presidential Decree 430/2001
As expressly provided for by the Presidential Decree 430/2001:
- these Regulations have been self-certified with a substitutive declaration of notary deed rendered by the Promotor's legal representative and are kept at the latter's office (or the delegated person) for the entire duration of the event and for the twelve months following its conclusion (Article 10 paragraph 3);
- if any changes are made to this Regulation during the course of this initiative, the participants will be directly informed at the Promoter (Article 10 paragraph 4);
- to guarantee the effective payment of the rewards offered, the Promoter has provided an adequate deposit for an amount equal to euro (value of the deposit paid), in favour of the Ministry of Productive Activities (now the Ministry of Economic Development), corresponding to 20% of the total value of the rewards (Article 7 paragraph 1 letter b) and paragraph 3),
-the aforementioned deposit was paid as a partial payment in the form of (insert correct option: money, government bonds or guaranteed by the State, bank guarantee or insurance with the authenticity stamp of the guarantor's signature);
- the certification of the payment of the deposit was promptly sent to the Ministry of Productive Activities (now the Ministry of Economic Development) on the due date and in the correct manner according to the law.
Participation in the Points Collection implies accepting of the conditions established in these Regulations, whose updated version will always be available at the Promoter.
