Il buon tortellino is a small artisan pasta factory in Salionze fraction of Valeggio sul Mincio.
All products are handmade, such as the tortellino di Valeggio, a typical local speciality with a very thin pastry and a filling of braised mixed meat. We also produce by hand tortelli, fresh pasta and delicatessen dishes such as our highly appreciated lasagne al forno.
For each recipe we try to follow the seasonality, we do not use preservatives and additives so the product is naturally fresh, good and genuine. We welcome our customers with a smile and a willingness to explain our specialities, giving advice on how to store and cook them.
