The second edition of Garda Green Talk 2025 – organised by Garda Green in collaboration with Legambiente ONLUS – aims to involve administrators, tourism operators and citizens in concrete issues concerning the future of Lake Garda. The topics will include climate adaptation and ecosystems, resource management, mobility and road safety in coastal municipalities, and the future of tourism in relation to the changing needs of tourists and residents. A morning of discussion and debate with experts, local and regional authorities, trade associations and private companies to outline the future of this important tourist destination.
Four working groups
Climate adaptation, energy and waste, transport and mobility, tourism and liveability will be the topics that four chairpersons will develop in four thematic working groups, with the participation of over 30 different organisations from the three regions, selected for their ideas, professionalism and experience and involved in a wide-ranging and constructive debate.

2 hours of open discussion with the public, moderated by a competent journalist, in which the work carried out by the round tables will be presented to the various speakers who will discuss and contribute to the work previously carried out at the round tables or supplement it on the basis of their specific expertise.
The work of the round tables
The presentation of the results of the extensive coordination and debate carried out by the round tables will occupy the first part of the assembly, so that the speakers and the audience can gain a clear idea of the activities carried out. This work of discussion and coordination began before the event and will continue in the coming months, supplemented by the findings of the second part of the assembly. The public debate Moderated by Marica di Pierri, the invited speakers will be able to supplement, expand or correct the work of the round tables, so that the result produced can be based on a widely shared consensus and serve as a cornerstone for a series of future initiatives aimed at a common goal: finding concrete solutions for a balance between biodiversity, tourism and residents.
