The farm is located within the Alto Garda Bresciano Park in the municipality of Tremosine, on Lake Garda, in a setting of exceptional scenic beauty.
The presence of Mediterranean-type environmental contexts along the strip of Lake Garda and Alpine-type in the immediate hinterland makes possible
a unique biodiversity, both plant and animal, ranging from lemons, oaks and beeches to high mountain pines.
Our cheeses are the fruit of much experience and passion. Every day, dedication and happiness in doing this work. A direct relationship with nature
of our territory are the key to the quality of the product.
We make cheese every day, according to tradition: freshly milked milk is filtered, poured into the cauldron and processed. Our cheese is not perfect; it makes imperfection its true value. The shape, scent and flavour changes
according to the grass our goats eat: The grass "del "Prà di Stavèl"" is fragrant and tasty, the cheese acquires an intense flavour, while when they graze "giù en Fail""the grass is greener and fatter,
and the taste of the cheese is rich in aromas''. No percentages or mathematical calculations, nature takes care of the production. Our cheese is a natural product: milk, rennet and salt.
